PHASE 1: ABSTRACT PRESENTATION (deadline 15 July 2010).

Communications:

• Languages: Spanish, French, English, Portuguese, German and Italian. The abstract must include a version in English or French.

• Title: Capitals and italics
• Name of the author/s and institutional filiations and e-mail address
• Text: Maximum 350 words.
• Key words: Maximum 8 words.
• Identification: Abstracts will be specify a proposal or adscription to a thematic session.
• Maximum number pages: 1 (DIN4).

Posters:

PHASE 2: ADMISSION (deadline July 2010).

Scientific committee will revise all proposals from any thematic session, for their definitive acceptation. The organizers will communicate their decision by e-mail. The participants must be registered with anteriority and present the inscription bill.

Communications:

All participants will have a maximum of 15 minutes for their presentation. Previously they must inform about the audiovisual requirements (power point, internet, etc.). For the exposition all participants are able to use any of the Congress languages (Spanish, English, French, Italian, German, and Portuguese). Communications in English and French there will be a service of simultaneous translation.

Poster presentation:

INSTRUCTIONS

•  The size of the poster will be 100 x 150 cm (vertical) but the contain must be printed in A0 size. The reason of this difference is the inclusion of the logo and the title of the conference in all posters for their homogenization.

•  We recommend the use of a clear type font (arial or similar) with a minimum size of 20 pt for the texts and 80 pt for the title.

•  In relation with the final display of the posters, we will send to all participants a guide with the correct format and size for the presentation of the poster. The printing of the poster will be realized by the organizers.

PHASE 3: CELEBRATION

On September 2010 will be send the definitive program and the editorial norms for the publication of the proceedings.
